Ian Jones – Chairman
A Structural Engineer by training, Ian has unsurpassed experience in building and renovating some of the finest homes in the UK, and maintains many longstanding relationships with clients, designers and other specialists in this field.
Ian is a former Director of Holloway White Allom and was an integral part of the MBO team which purchased the company from the Laing Group in 2002.

Barry Breed – Director
Barry started his career on site as a carpenter/joiner over 20 years ago, where he gained invaluable practical knowledge, before going on to pursue a career in management.
He is particularly focused on ensuring that each of our site teams fully understand and then deliver the requirements of each individual client, and that we deliver the same, consistently high levels of quality and service on every new commission.
During 15 years at Holloway White Allom, Barry established new Maintenance and Special Projects Divisions, before going on to become Director of that firms London Construction Division, where he oversaw some of the highest quality residential and commercial projects in the capital, including fine houses in the Boltons, Kensington Palace Gardens, Chelsea Square and Eaton Square, together with major works at the Victoria & Albert Museum.

Darren Size – Director
Darren works very closely with clients and design teams at the front end of projects, ensuring that the most appropriate procurement route is selected to deliver maximum levels of quality and value for money at each stage of the process.
Once projects are underway, Darren oversees the procurement and financial management of each scheme, ensuring that each team delivers their client’s particular requirements using the agreed project strategy.
Darren is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, with vast experience in delivering some of the finest private residential projects in the UK, including Tusmore House and Ingliston House, working with many leading Architects and designers in the process. A former main board director of Holloway White Allom, where he spent 11 years, Darren also has experience working in Ireland and in the north of England, on residential developments and on various commercial projects, utilising a very wide range of procurement routes. Darren is a graduate of Salford University, where he gained a first class honours degree in Construction Economics.

Ian Austin: Commercial Manager
Ian manages all of our estimating and cost planning, as well as being actively involved in the procurement and financial management of certain projects.
A graduate of Oxford Brookes University, Ian started his career at Bluestone before joining Holloway White Allom, where he spent almost 10 years working as a Quantity Surveyor and Estimator, mainly on fine country houses.
He is highly experienced in working on high quality residential schemes under a wide variety of procurement routes, and is focused on using his skills to deliver maximum levels of value for money to our clients.
